Make Your Own Popsicle Stick Picture Frames

In celebration of Month of the Military Child, children ages 6-12 are invited to the Allen Memorial Library to "Make Your Own Popsicle Stick Picture Frame." Children will assemble frames from scratch, and then use their artistic talents to decorate with paint, stickers, buttons, ribbons, jewels, and other materials. These frames make perfect gifts, which the child may give to their military hero.
